Choose T/T or L/C for steel rail business?

Most steel rail business all be bigger amount trading, normally should use L/C, but L/C will increase the operation cost, if we believe each other,  T/T will be conveniency and easy to operate.

Since COVID-19, a lot of country faced poor situation of economy, some country and area don’t follow the international rule, plus their government support them, they can take the goods without bill of lading and other documents, especially in India and South America area, so our freight forwarder notice us can’t do T/T with this area. Maybe they think that they can get profit at other people’s expense, in fact they will lose a lot of chance.

Anybody would like to get more business, but without trust will be more difficult to do business each other, and the payment term will be stricter for these areas. Even T/T is more conveniency, but we have to choose L/C.
