پی 50 اور آر 50 ریل کا فرق

P50 چینی معیار ہے (جی بی) ریل, R50 روسی معیار ہے (گوسٹ) ریل, وہ ایک جیسی ریل ہیں, لیکن تھوڑا سا مختلف ہے. براہ کرم ڈرائنگ دونوں کو چیک کریں اور موازنہ کریں:

عام طور پر ہمارے پاس صرف پی 50 ریل کا اسٹاک ہوتا ہے۔, اگر آپ کو آر 50 ریل کی ضرورت ہے, ہمیں اسے تیار کرنے کے لئے رولر بنانے کی ضرورت ہے, ایم او کیو سے زیادہ ہونا چاہئے 3000 ٹن.

Please refer some requirement of P50:

• Requested is 3000 Tone Rails for Metro.
• قسم: R-50;
• should be made at least 2018 yr.
• all quantities should be made with one factory;
• Rails should meet: گوسٹ آر 51685-2000 or GOST 7174-75 or GOST 24182-80 or DSTU-4344-2004 or GOST 51685-2013 or their equivalent standard.
• The steel used for the rails may be made of marten or oxygen-converting or electric furnace: M-74-T or M-74-Ф or K-74-T or K-74-Ф or K-76. Ф or Э76Ф or a mark corresponding to their equivalent standard;
• The standard length of the Rail should be 25 meter;
• Rail should be without any defects;
• Marking: All rails should be marked according to the relevant standard in relief by the hot tip method ( Year and month of production in Roman numerals);
• Engraving should be done on the rails side, that not to damage or deform the rails.

Mandatory Request is:

I Should have Official Document or Passport from Manufacturer that Rails which I have is according one of the – “GOST R 51685-2000 or GOST 7174-75 or GOST 24182-80 or DSTU-4344-2004 or GOST 51685-2013” or their equivalent standard.
