QU70/QU80 Crane rail Installation procedure For Crane Running at Harbors and Wharfs.
Normally Crane rail can’t be welded on bottom structure directly, because the material is high manganese steel, it is difficult to be welded, plus the Expansion and Contraction, so it needs to be fixed by the special rail fastener.
If we supply the material and do the installation work, the operation procedure as below:
- Buy the material: Pay for us 30% prepayment to produce the goods, then transport to seaport and do the shipment procedure, then we’ll get the shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Material Test Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Insurance list and so on), then send the copy to you, you pay for us the balance payment, then we post the original documents to you, then take the goods to your plant.
- Do the work of concrete construction: Owner build the embedded bolt, when they receive the materials, we will tell them how to install them. Because our design of fasteners all be same distance, they are easy to be constructed.
- We go to install it: After the embedded bolt is buried more than 7 days, we will go to install the rail and fasteners.
- Meantime, we’ll do the related matters of below:
4.1. When we talk about the balance payment, we will make the contract of installation, you need pay for us 50% installation charge in advance, then we’ll begin to do the visa procedure.
4.2. When you finish the work of concrete construction, we will book the tickets and prepare to visit you.
4.3. You pick up us from airport and go to your plant to do the installation matters, then inspect our work to pay for us the balance charge.
4.4. Meanwhile, you need arrange our accommodation and transportation expenses, also need send us back to airport.
